Anyone seeking admission to one of the Beacon of Hope House Residential Services, must complete an HRA 2010e application through a mental health provider. The HRA 2010e contains information about the individual’s history and indicates the level of care and type of services that are appropriate. Our need-based housing ranges from:

  • Licensed Community Residences that provide 24-hour supervised group living arrangements where case managers are available to assist residents in meeting their personal goals and objectives. 

  • Apartment Treatment Programs that operate in either a congregate setting or are scattered throughout the community.

  • Supported Housing units that provide the most independent form of housing, located in either a congregate setting or scattered in various communities.
