English & Citizenship Prep Classes

Learning English is essential to becoming fully integrated into American society. To become a U.S. citizen, applicants must demonstrate the ability to speak English along with a basic understanding of U.S. civics and history. Need help? Catholic Charities Community Services provides English (ESOL) classes and citizenship preparation classes in local parishes, schools and agencies in neighborhoods throughout New York. Most of our classes are held at our main Center: we offer additional programming at sites throughout Manhattan and the Bronx.
